Terms of Sale
The rules applicable to every order on RUNX Store: products, prices, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, guarantees, mediation and competent courts.
Version 1.3 · In force since 5 October 2026 — the French version prevails
Purpose and scope
These terms of sale govern, without restriction or reservation, all sales concluded on the RUNX Store online shop, accessible at runx-store.com, between the publisher on the one hand and any consumer customer on the other. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms in the version in force on the day of the order. The publisher reserves the right to amend them at any time; the applicable terms are those accepted at the time the order is placed.
Seller
The seller is Guillaume POUPPA-BEJUY, a sole trader operating under the trade name E-3P, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 432 873 131 R.C.S. Lyon (SIRET 432 873 131 00077), with registered office at 3 Bis Avenue Moulins Les Metz, 69630 Chaponost, France. Contact: contact@runx-store.com. Full identification details appear in the Legal Notice section.
Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and visuals are illustrative and may show slight variations in colour, finish or print positioning, without engaging the seller's liability. Items are, in whole or in part, made to order after the order is confirmed, by partner printing and production providers. Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to the partners' production capacity.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Under the VAT-exemption scheme for small businesses, VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code); no VAT is charged or recoverable. Prices exclude delivery charges, which are shown separately before the order is confirmed and billed in addition. The seller may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Orders
The customer selects items, adds them to the basket, reviews the summary (products, quantities, prices, delivery charges, address), accepts these terms, then confirms and pays for the order. The sale becomes final once the seller confirms acceptance of the order and payment is received. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, non-payment, or an abnormal or bad-faith order.
Payment
Payment is made online, at the time of the order, by bank card or any other means offered on the site, through the secure payment provider Stripe. The seller never has access to the customer's full banking data, which is processed exclusively by the provider in a secure environment. The order is processed only after payment is effectively confirmed. A paid invoice is issued for every order, attached to the confirmation email and downloadable at any time from “My account” for customers with an account, or on request at contact@runx-store.com.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. Manufacturing and shipping times, as well as delivery zones and charges, are specified on the site and in the order summary. As items are made to order, delivery takes 10 to 20 business days from the order, including order processing time. Delivery countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands. Shipping: €5.90 per order, free from €60. Times are given as an indication. Under Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, where no date is stated, the seller delivers without undue delay and no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the parcel on receipt and to report any anomaly.
Right of withdrawal
Under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product(s) to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or to bear any costs other than return shipping. Where the order covers several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.
To exercise your withdrawal, two simple options:
— by email to contact@runx-store.com, stating your order and your intention to withdraw;
— or by downloading the model withdrawal form, to be completed and returned to us by email or post.
In the event of withdrawal, the customer returns the products without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying their decision, to the following address: Guillaume POUPPA-BEJUY EI – RUNX Store, 3 Bis Avenue Moulins Les Metz, 69630 Chaponost, France; return costs are borne by the customer. Products must not be returned to the manufacturer or to the sender address shown on the parcel. The seller refunds all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from recovery of the goods or proof of their dispatch, using the same payment method as the one used for the order. Exception (Article L221-28): goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (visual, text or design supplied by the customer) do not give rise to a right of withdrawal, of which the customer is informed before the order.
Items with a personalised back
Some items can receive, for a supplement shown before the order, a text chosen by the customer and printed on the back (three lines at most, fonts and colour offered by the site). The item is then made individually according to that text.
No right of withdrawal. An item with a personalised back is clearly personalised goods within the meaning of Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code: it can be neither returned nor exchanged. The customer is informed of this on the item page and in the cart, and confirms it by ticking a box before payment. Other items of the same order keep their right of withdrawal.
Text validated by the customer. The preview shown before the order reproduces the print file. The customer checks their text (spelling, number, spaces): an item printed in accordance with the validated text conforms to the order, and a typing error is not a defect.
Prohibited content. The customer warrants holding the necessary rights to their text. Refused in particular: insulting, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory or unlawful content, trademarks, names or logos of clubs, companies or events, and names of well-known people. Every text is reviewed before production: the seller may refuse an order whose text breaches these rules; it is then cancelled and refunded in full, with no further compensation.
Guarantees. The legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects still apply: a printing or manufacturing defect entitles the customer to a reprint of the item or a refund, under the "Legal guarantees" article.
Legal guarantees
Independently of any commercial warranty, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Under the guarantee of conformity, the customer has two years from delivery of the goods to act and may choose between repair or replacement of the non-conforming product, subject to the cost conditions provided by law. To enforce these guarantees: contact@runx-store.com.
Returns and refunds
Any defective, non-conforming or transport-damaged product must be reported to contact@runx-store.com with photos: in most cases the photos are enough and the customer does not need to return the item. If a return is needed, the seller will say so. After verification, the seller replaces or refunds the product concerned, with return costs covered where the defect is attributable to the seller. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
Liability
The seller's liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from misuse of the products, from the act of a third party, or from force majeure. It is, in any event, limited to the amount of the order concerned, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
Consumer mediation
After a prior written complaint that has not received a satisfactory response within one month, the consumer customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator covering the seller: Société Médiation Professionnelle (SMP), Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France — www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr. As the European online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, recourse to the above national mediator remains the applicable amicable resolution route.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to protective rules allowing the consumer to bring the matter before the court of their place of residence.
Privacy Policy
How RUNX Store collects, uses, shares, retains and protects your personal data, in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.
Version 1.5 · In force since 14 October 2026 — the French version prevails
Data controller
The data controller is Guillaume POUPPA-BEJUY, trading as E-3P (432 873 131 R.C.S. Lyon), registered office at 3 Bis Avenue Moulins Les Metz, 69630 Chaponost, France. Single point of contact for any data question: contact@runx-store.com.
Data collected
Depending on how you use the site, we collect:
- when you order, with or without an account: first name, last name, email address, phone number if provided, delivery and billing addresses, order content and amount;
- if you create an account: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), password (stored only in an encrypted, irreversible form: nobody, not even the seller, can read it), date and time you accepted the terms of sale and this policy, address book and order history;
- if you personalise the back of an item: the text entered and the chosen font, kept with the order and, if you are signed in, in "My designs" in your account until you delete them or the account;
- for payment: bank details are entered and stored exclusively by the payment provider Stripe. The seller only knows the payment method type, its brand, the last four digits and the expiry date of a card;
- technical data strictly necessary for the site to run securely: server connection logs (including the IP address), kept by our hosting providers.
The site performs no audience measurement and uses no advertising tracker.
Purposes and legal bases
- handling orders, production, delivery and after-sales service — performance of the contract;
- creating and managing your customer account (login, details, address book, history, saved payment methods) — performance of the contract you enter into by creating the account;
- sending emails related to your account and orders (order confirmation, sign-up confirmation, password reset, deletion confirmation) — performance of the contract;
- complying with accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation;
- preventing fraud and securing the site and accounts — legitimate interest.
No marketing email is sent without your prior consent.
Your customer account
An account is optional: you can order without one. If you create one, you can at any time, from “My account”: view and edit your details, manage your delivery and billing addresses, view your orders and their tracking, manage your saved payment methods, and delete your account. Orders placed without an account using the same email address appear in your history once that address is confirmed.
When the account is created, your password strength is checked, including against known data breaches; this check never transmits your password, only a partial fingerprint from which it cannot be recovered.
Saved payment methods
When logged in, you may choose at checkout to save your payment method for future purchases. It is then stored by Stripe, in a Stripe customer record linked to your account, and not by the seller. You can remove it at any time from “My account”; deleting your account deletes your Stripe customer record and your saved payment methods.
Recipients and processors
Data is intended for the seller and its strictly necessary processors:
- Stripe (payment and saved payment methods);
- Supabase (database and account management, hosted in Ireland, European Union);
- Vercel (hosting and running the site, cookie-free audience measurement);
- Resend (sending order and account emails, from Ireland, European Union);
- Printful (on-demand production and shipping), which receives the delivery name, address and phone number and, for a personalised item, the print file of the text, but not your email address; and the carriers in charge of delivery, who only receive the information needed for delivery. Gelato only received orders placed before 26 September 2026.
No data is sold or rented to third parties.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are established or process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States: the servers running the site (Vercel), the payment provider (Stripe) and, depending on where an item is made, a production provider (Printful). These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention periods
- orders and accounting records: ten years, as required by accounting and tax law, including after the account is deleted (they are then no longer linked to any account);
- customer account (details, addresses): for as long as the account exists; it is deleted at your request, from “My account”, or automatically after three years without any login or order, following a notice email sent thirty days beforehand (logging in is enough to keep the account);
- saved payment methods: until you remove them or delete the account;
- personalised back text: kept with the order (ten years) if paid; thirty days if entered without a completed payment, then deleted automatically;
- “My designs”: until you remove them or delete the account;
- emails exchanged with customer service: three years after the last exchange;
- technical logs: according to our hosting providers' periods, generally a few weeks.
Cookies, storage and audience measurement
The site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, which are exempt from consent: the session cookie that keeps you logged into your account. No advertising, audience-measurement or social-network cookie is set, so no consent banner is needed. The cart is only kept in the open page, with no storage in your browser.
Audience measurement. To know which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Only aggregate statistics are kept: page viewed (without its parameters), referring site, country, device type, operating system and browser. A visit is recognised by a technical fingerprint of the request, deleted after 24 hours; your IP address is not kept and no data can identify you or follow you across other sites. Your account, order-tracking, cart and payment pages are never measured. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is visited (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by writing to contact@runx-store.com, or by blocking the measurement script with your browser or a content blocker, with no effect on your use of the site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to set post-mortem instructions. If you have an account, you can exercise the rights of rectification and erasure yourself from “My account”. For any other right, write to contact@runx-store.com; proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity. You will receive an answer within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — cnil.fr.
Security
The seller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration: encrypted exchanges (HTTPS), passwords stored in an encrypted and irreversible form, separation of each customer's data in the database, password confirmation for sensitive actions (account deletion), limitation of login attempts, and use of specialised providers for payment.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about orders, delivery, returns and your data.
Version 1.0 · In force since 17 June 2026
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email is sent after payment is validated, then shipping tracking once your order is handed to the carrier. As items are made to order, order processing and production time are added to shipping: allow 10 to 20 business days in total, as indicated at the time of the order.
Why is my item made to order?
At RUNX, nothing is produced in advance: each item is made only after your order, by the partner workshop that produces it. We only produce what is sold: no stock, no unsold items to destroy.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, except for items personalised to your own specifications. Two options: an email to contact@runx-store.com, or the downloadable withdrawal form. See the Right of withdrawal section.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is made online through the secure provider Stripe: bank card (including Cartes Bancaires), Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other methods offered at checkout depending on your country. Your banking details are never stored by the seller.
Is my data resold?
No. No data is sold. The only sharing occurs with the necessary technical processors (payment, hosting, production, delivery), listed in the Recipients section.
What should I do in case of a dispute?
First send a complaint to contact@runx-store.com. Failing a satisfactory response within one month, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: Société Médiation Professionnelle — www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr.
